From the looks of it, the cause is that ratsada.co.cc is redirecting to www.ratsada.co.cc but then that is redirecting back to ratsada.co.cc causing the redirect loop. Ensure that there is nothing in the 'Redirects' section of cPanel that could be causing the above. If there isn't anything in the 'Redirects' section, it is probably a coding error.
