The only thing I could do is ask the staff why things are taking so long. There's no guarantee I'll get an answer and the answer could be anything from a ticket backlog to some severe problem with your account that requires a lot of work to fix. I would need the id number of the ticket to do this.
It will help, prime doubles the resources that you can use. Although, bad scripts that trip HRU suspensions on normal free hosting accounts will still likely trip them on prime.
