Time before Unsuspension

I had missed my log-in for the month, so I was automatically suspended. I submitted a request to have it unsuspended, but it's now been 48 hours. Is this because of the server backup / restore?

I have restored your account from one of our backups, can you please verify all your files and website is intact? Your account panel will still show as suspended as our back end system has not been synced yet. This should be resolved in 2-3 days hopefully.

Still having issues with the MySQL... not sure why. Though the frontend seems to be up. I'll see what I can do with that. Thanks!

After looking into the backend, my database "xbrav_phpbb" is showing as empty. Was this restored? Thanks!

Hello, can you please try now? There was no user added to the database. If it doesn't work try deleting the MySQL user and re-creating it. Let me know how it goes.
