To Many Connections - Mybb - Please Help

I got the error to many connections for mybb, can someone increase the max_user_connections setting? Or do I just have to wait?

This is happening to all of my forums:

It doesn't have anything to do with your site or any of that. I am almost certain it is the servers. If you look at other posts people have the same issue.... There's not too many connections there is just no connection
