Transfering from free to paid hosting

Hi, I am looking to transfer from my free x10 hosting, which is mysite.x10hosting.com, to a paid hosting.

Now, when upgrading, I want to keep my mysite.x10hosting.com subdomain, and I want to be assured that nothing will change, am I under the correct assumption?

After upgrade Staff will transfer your account to paid hosting

The steps to transfer is you first sign up for paid hosting, and once that is activated you request your free to me transferred.

To request the transfer you simply need to open a ticket in the clients area you will get access to, just remember to include information about the cPanel name of your free hosting account. Everything will then be sorted for you.
