Hello everyone.

I signed up for webhosting a few days ago. I installed MyBB before having an SSL certificate, and then I realized I installed my forum on http://asianidols.x10.mx/mybb. I wanted it to be at the root website directory (https://asianidols.x10.mx with SSL). I uninstalled it so that I could installed it properly; but I then am having two problems; the database Softaculous created still remains, and the installer is giving me this error: "A trusted SSL Certificate was not found". I can't find a way to delete the database, and I waited a day to see if Softaculous begins finding the certificate. No luck. What can be done?

You can manually delete the database via your Account Management > MySQL Management > select the database and select Delete.

This should then let you reinstall with the software seeing your valid SSL. There is also a way to force the install by ignoring the SSL warning.

Thank you for your help. I was able to delete the database. However, softaculous is still not showing any domain name, and I don't see any way to type it in. I tried to install it by leaving it blank; but it's giving the following message:

Should I just wait for it to be recognized? Where could I instruct it to ignore the SSL warning and have it list my domain names?

Thank you for your help.

You need to select the domain https:// or http:// from the URL to the left of the install software. That should then allow you to select your domain.

I do that, and the list is just empty. I can't choose anything.
