Troubles with PhpMyAdmin

I can't connect with PhpMyAdmin from Control Panel, get the message that username or password is wrong. I deleted all databases, with MySQL DataBase Wizard i can create a empty database and users, but can't access it later to recover it from backup. I also tried reinstall joomla for create it, but only get the error: "The MySQL Connection could not be established". I need work in my website, please help.

Hello Anna; yes, now it work perfectly. I had some problems in the recovery from backup but all is right again. Thanks for your attention and quick response, this is the second time that you help me .
