Trying to get FTP to work using Filezilla

i went into FTP Management and created a new FTP Account,

underground4550@tmarshall.x10.mx

when i connect to Filezilla i entered tmarshall.x10.mx as the host and underground4550 as my username, entered the password i created
I used the port 21, i tried other ports too like 22 and 2222

FileZilla outputs:
Status: Resolving address of tmarshall.x10.mx
Status: Connecting to 198.91.81.14:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Status: Initializing TLS...
Status: TLS connection established.
Command: USER underground4550
Response: 331 User underground4550 OK. Password required
Command: PASS ****************
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server


I'm positive i'm typing the password correctly.
Do i need to wait a certain time for it to be able to connect i'm not sure what i'm doing wrong.

Add SSL certificate to tmarshall.x10.mx, or set FZ to connect insecure.

When you create an ftp user, you will need to use the full username, including @Domain part when connecting to the ftp server.

Hi Anna, sorry for commenting on someones post, I want to ask how long does it take for Hosting Order with a Domain to be approved after paying?

If you ordered x10premium and it is not provisioned within an hour, you would need to open a ticket within the premium clients area.
You should in any case always start your own thread (though if you have indeed ordered premium, this forum will be of little help)
