Only a account manager or Admin can reset your security question.Since escalation is not working i cannot pass this for futher support.When a account manger see this thread they will reset it and post here about it.

I have reset your security question, you should be asked to set a new one next time you login to the account panel.

I have reset your security question as well. Please start your own threads for support requests, it might be missed if it is inside someone else's thread.
