that's a big Lie we didnt do any thing wrong and under zero tolerance. its just your partners mistake

If you have any proof that you did not violate The Terms of Service then post back here and staff can be asked to investigate farther, but these types of suspensions are very rarely in error and are rarely reversed.
You had a cracked copy of Windows 7 on your site. Even though everything else on the sight might have been legitimate, that one file tainted everything.
If I make a large pot of beef stew and drop a single piece of pork into it, many would refuse to eat it.
You have been told repeatedly that having that one file doomed your entire account and it will not be reopened.

If you are claiming that you did not host any Warez on your site and therefore did not violate the Terms Of Service then staff can manually review your files. Are you claiming that you did not have any Warez on your site?

yes you wont eat hole of that stew but you will eat the good parts of it.
by the way if you were so hungry and you dont have anything else you will eat.

The initial suspension was manual, which means a staff member saw the file, you have even admitted to it being there initially.
Only reason your account ever had a few minutes window where it wasn't suspended before another staff member placed it back into suspension was a system glitch.
Bribing us won't work, creating multiple threads asking about the same thing won't work.
As for the stew, a Muslim would not even eat one piece of that stew if there's the smallest piece of pork in it.

no you are wrong: in our Religion we can eat these meat's when we are so hungry and we dont have any thing to eat and we are in a place that we cant find anything for a time and if we dont eat we will die.
