Unabel to login to cpannel directly

Hi,
when i login to capannel by http://santilatatech.x10hosting.com:2082/ it give error message as Login Attempt Failed!
now i go login to my account pannel by https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php then --->> hosting account then --->> click to login cpannel to Enter the cpannel.
Can any one help me to direct cpannel ?
