When I visit the account portal and login with my username and password, it goes straight to the cPanel without showing the account panel above, where I can upgrade to premium or change my password, etc.

Is anyone able to help with this?

There's currently no hosting account linked to your forum account.. so I can't change it for you.. but there's a link at the top of cPanel to switch to x10Basic.. which is where you'll find the options to get support.

Right, I'm familiar with that link, because it used to show up, but no longer does. I only see the cPanel, with no dark bar above it with that link.

My hosting account is the same email address as this forum account... I don't think I have a forum account so I just created this one so that I could post.

Can I have your domain name or email address? (You can PM/email me the email if you don't want it here publicly).

The forum account linked to your hosting account is springshade77, for the record. You can re-link it in the account panel. I'll change your account to x10Basic.

One last thing, that other account, springshade77, when I login it says that it's awaiting confirmation, and it says that it sent a confirmation email to christin.leon@comcast.net, which is an old email address for a client of mine that is no longer associated with that account in any way. Is it possible for you to remove that email address from the springshade77 account, and possibly add my email address to it: springshade@gmail.com ? I would prefer if the christin.lean email address would not receive any email about forum stuff on here, since it's not me.

uhh... I don't think I have the permissions to do that. I'll see if someone else can.

When you said that I could "re-link it in the account panel", did you mean that I can link my hosting account to this forum account that I made today? If so, how would I do that?

If that is possible, then my other forum account springshade77 can simply be deleted, since it's associated with that old email address of a previous client, and is no longer used. (I don't think I ever used it)
