Unable to access CPanel

Hi,

I am trying to log into CPanel using the folliwing url:

http://[URL="http://www.photogallery.x10hosting.com:2082"]www.photogallery.x10hosting.com:2082[/URL]

I have tried resetting the password several times over the last 2 days. I can see that the request gets queued but then disappears. At this point I expect that the password will have been changed but I am still unable to log in.

Can you please advise how long I need to wait from requesting a cpanel password change to being able to log in using the new password?

Hello, what is the error you are getting when trying to log in. Also can you please try log in at http://boru.x10hosting.com:2082
