Hello,

I've setup a free account but I'm not able to access the cPanel. I login and I get to the page telling my username, domain, etc. When I click the blue "open cPanel" button I get an error message "This webpage not available". I'm using chrome browser. I used explorer browser and also can't access cPanel. I downloaded Filezilla and tried to connect via FTP, but I was unable to that also.

I'm thinking it might have to do with internet service provider (comacast). Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Are you able to access your website? It should show an "Index Of" page (a directory listing) until you upload something to your website.

If you can, this indicates that something on your connection is blocking non-standard ports like 2083.

Thank you,
