Unable to access cpanel

Hello everyone,

I am unable to access my cPanel as of the moment. Instead, I received an error:


Internal Server Error
500

No response from subprocess (cpanel (cpanel)): The subprocess reported error number 122 when it ended.


cpsrvd/11.56.0.22 Server at xo6.x10hosting.com


Please help me. Finally, I am unable to login to my website and I need to finish something very important and to download a backup. Thanks a lot.

can you use a third party FTP Client to access your files? There are plenty of free programs around http://www.techradar.com/news/the-best-free-ftp-client then you can upload and download your files to make changes.

I have tried using Filezilla to send and retrieve files but it's not connecting to the server. I have used the connection details from the QUICK FTP in the dashboard after login.

I have for now set your account to the full cPanel x3 theme, which appears to be somewhat working though it does give a couple errors that seem to be more towards the theme then to function, so I'll ping someone with deeper access to check further

Hello x10hosting admin. Please help me with my problem. I still cannot access my control panel. It always return a 501 error. I can view my website but I can not login. It returns a session time out error. I'm planning to reset my website to start anew but I can't access the control panel. I do not know why it happened. It came all-of-a-sudden. Please help.
