Unable to access cPanel

I ran into this problem when trying to open up cPanel. Clicking retry just takes me back to my main account page. Is there anything i can do to fix this? Any help is much appreciated.

Everything seems in order. Your server is x13. See if https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222 works

If the issue continues please do follow up so we can make sure there isn't something missing after the transition to DirectAdmin.

I found your IP to be blocked by our firewall, I have removed that block now.

Thanks for getting back to me. I tried to access Open cPanel and ran into that redirect issue again.



I also tried out the direct admin link garrettroyce suggested. Perhaps i'm using the wrong credentials, but i was having trouble logging in. I tried using my email as the username and also jaygame2.

I saw that some firewall rules got reset in the last 24-48 hours in another thread.

@Anna can you please see if the firewall is blocking this account once more?

My apologies for not noticing this when I first checked, but there is indeed an issue with your account, some parts appear to not have transferred properly.

I'll see to that it gets sorted as soon as possible
