Requires Staff Unable to access hosting panel

After logging into my account, and trying to access my hosting control panel i get the following message.

Failed to create login token: Login failed. Please refresh the page and try again.. If this account was just created, it may take several minutes to become available

I have been unable to access my site nor the control panel since the server changeover.

Still not working for me. Anyone able to help? Dashboard does not even show a domain now.

Looks like your actual hosting account is somewhat broken, this likely occurred at the time of migrations in December of 2019.

I'll go digging and see if we still have the backups from pre-migrations to restore. If they are removed your only option would be if you have your own set of backups, once we re-created the actual account.

I have my own backups i can use, just need to be able to get inro my account to get everything set back up. Thank you very much.
