Resolved Unable to access my control pannel

I'm trying to access my control pannel (https://x10hosting.com/sso/main) and i recived this response

Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.
An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry

However, i can access through FTP client since i change the ftp server to x11.x10hosting.com. So, why i can't access to the control panel? i need to update de dns to make my web work!. Thanks

Your IP was blocked in the firewall due to: Failed DirectAdmin login

We recommend that you always login through the SSO page to prevent this (that uses session rather then password).

how i can login through the SSO page?. On the other hand, I tried to login from another ip and the same error continues

The SSO page is https://x10hosting.com/sso/main , but it looks like you said you were using it.

Can you log in to https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222 ? This is NOT recommended, but something seems weird since you can FTP in.

Make sure you DO NOT use the second link. It does not count as a login and your account will be suspended!

I will ask an admin to look at why the redirect from your SSO to DirectAdmin doesn't work.

Try logging in through the panel now, I made a small change on your account, could have sworn I did it when I restored the account as well, but perhaps I did it before the restore had ran its full course.
