my name is tharun. my main domain is ubs.co.cc. i am not been able to access ubs.co.cc. i have created an e-mail id mail@ubs.co.cc.i would give you all details about my site. please help me

When I go to ubs.co.cc I see a message saying your domain is not registered, which is correct.
You need to go to the official co.cc website and register your domain.
When you have registered, you will need to setup the following nameservers: ns1.x10hosting.com AND ns2.x10hosting.com
