Unable to access website on Illuminated server - Error 503

I can't access my website: meadia.com.au
Just get the following error:
HTTP 503
Backend fetch failed

ReqID: 72595152602353388 • IP: 101.116.[XX.XX] Security by Cachewall


I've also tried logging in via SSO (https://x10hosting.com/sso/) & the old cPanel (https://illuminated.x10hosting.com:2083/) but no luck. cPanel gives the dreaded "Maximum Users Exceeded." error.


I'm guessing this has something to do with cPanel's crazy new pricing & the resulting DirectAdmin migration - possibly this server wasn't migrated? It's pretty long in the tooth these days!


Could someone help me access my site?

I'll send a message to the ones that can actually do something about that server.

But yea, I'd assume it is in some way related to the price change, last I heard they were supposed to migrate illuminated as well, but would appear that they haven't or due to the fact it doesn't have a huge number of users maybe they changed their minds and paid up for it
