"I am trying to login to the website through softaculous but"????
This statement makes no sense. Please be more descriptive. Best to start with your sites domain name. "tbint.x10.mx".

@Acc1k
this is my site
whenever I try to go in, the website will either keep loading until it says that I can't reach the page or show me an error 503 message
The site home page worked, started exploring the site started getting multiple WP errors.

Check PHP version, check WP version, Plugins. It does seem to be a database connection issue, one or more plugins may not have compatible database libraries, and drivers. WP has really became an issue keeping up with.

just a reminder..
even though x10hosting does not officially provide any kind of script support,
users may offer help if they experience similar issues.

Rename the folders for the plugins (this disables the plugin). Then one at a time you put them back to the original name and see which one gives trouble.

There may be information in the error log as well, found in DirectAdmin under "System info and files" -> "error logs.... "
