Unable to access

I attempt to login to control panel and receive this error msg. "x12.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN". website is whatfor.x10host.com. Please assist.

same problem here with blank screen and timeout error. Timeout as well with FTP.

Server techs has been made aware and are working on resolving the connectivity problem with x12 currently.
