Unable to Add a second domain

Hey everyone! I'm tying to add a second domain to my account.
However, I'm not able to get it through. i keep getting this message:

"Unable to add the domain name − Could not determine the nameserver IP addresses for “domain.tk”. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar"

Is 10x no longer accepting .tk domains? Or are they under maintenance?
Any help will be great! Thanks

Hi,

We do still support .tk domains. Have you definitely set the correct nameservers at their end? If so, please could you provide me with the domain name, and I'll take a look?
