Unable to add user to database

Everytime I go to add a user to my database, it gives me a blank page. I have tried changing the names of the database, but that won't work. If it is any help I added a .com domain to the account.

This is a known issue with the x10Hosting Basic theme in our control panel. It is currently in the process of being fixed, but in the meantime, please could you add your database user using the standard cPanel x3 theme?

You can switch themes by using the "switch to cPanel x3" button in the top right corner.
