Unable to change x10subdomain to my own domain.

Hi,

I want to change my free x10 subdomain to my purchase domain. I goto "modify my account" from account option and unclick "use subdomain". Then I enter my domain eg.mydomain.com. I click "save changes", and pending account modification will have a case displayed. But when I went back to "modify my account" page to check on my pending account status, it's says "you have no changes pending to your account". And I still can't didn't change to my purchase domain. What can't I change it?:happysad:

Do you currently have the domain added as an addon or parked domain in cPanel? If that is the case you need to remove them there first.

You are right. I have it parked...Removed it and now it's queuing for domain change... :drool:
