Unable to connect to database: #07000(proxy) all backends are down

Yesterday it was still fine
But when checked my website today it shows
Unable to connect to database: #07000(proxy) all backends are down

in the admin area..

I also checked the Databases in the Cpanel and they are all gone T_T

Database server ran into some troubles, should be sorted now though
