Unable to connect to my shopping cart...HELP!

This is day two I haven't been able to connect to my shopping cart. I get an error about the server not responding:
“http://thebargainshed.x10hosting.com/zencart/” because the server where this page is located isn’t responding.

I can't even log on to my admin panel to modify my cart.

Please help ASAP!

Currently our admins are doing migration on servers

I'm still having issues after clearing cache and doing a DNS flush...
I'll reset my router. That's the next thing before the WWW!

I can get to your root directory ( you should put an index.html page there so people cannot see your directory structure etc )
But when I click on the link to zencart it times out.

Possible fix:
Try using FileManager or FTP. Go to the zencart directory and look for a file named something like config.php. You might have to check subdirectories too.
Open file and make sure that the HOST is set to 'localhost', not something like starka.x10hosting.com.
Save changes and try accessing cart again.

I would put off any major changes to your cart until the server migration is done.

Is starka still having issues? I read the updates on the X10 free servers this morning. They indicate that starka should be pretty much done. I'm not seeing that...
I am still unable to get to my Zen Cart shopping cart and NOW I can't get email from my email account I have set up via starka.
...I am getting frustrated since doing business is almost impossible with X10 as my hosting/email server.
