Unable to connect to MySQL db

Hi,

my site is wibtgolf.x10hosting.com

I am unable to connect to phpMyAdmin. My cPanel also shows "SQL databases 0/3"... I can confirm all was fine just over an hour ago... What is the issue with MySQL?

Similar problem again today...

Quickly connected to phpMyAdmin on first click from cPanel. As soon as I clicked on the databases tab at the top; Gone into limbo... Unable to get to phpMyAdmin screen since.

Web site still responsive, with data.
