Unable to connect to phpMyAdmin

Hiyo,

I am currently unable to connect to phpMyAdmin - when I click on phpMyAdmin from cPanel I'm taken here: https://xo2.x10hosting.com:2083/cpsess8175840368/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/index.php and I'm given the message "cPanel was unable to successfully log you in to phpMyAdmin. If you are having issues logging in to phpMyAdmin, please submit a support ticket."

I've been having some issues logging into phpMyadmin ever since we moved from vox to xo2 (after logging in I would have to refresh the page to actually see it), but now I just can't get in at all. Please help me ASAP - I am unable to make data updates to my website without phpMyAdmin.

I am still cannot access phpMyAdmin. I require direct access to update my MySQL databases in order to make updates to my site. Please look into finding a fix for this or some sort of workaround that would let me apply SQL changes through cPanel.
