Unable to connect to phpMyAdmin

i m not able to login to phpmyadmin, when i click phpmyadmin it taken to me this url https://xo2.x10hosting.com:2083/cpsess6658815913/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/index.php and I'm given the message "cPanel was unable to successfully log you in to phpMyAdmin. If you are having issues logging in to phpMyAdmin, please submit a support ticket."
