Unable to connect to site

My main domain is ptc-examiner.co.cc and i want to upload files to its root. However i have ftp accounts, details are :-

FTP Username: admin@ptc-examiner.co.cc
FTP Server: ftp.ptc-examiner.co.cc
FTP Server Port: 21
SFTP Server Port: 22

but my ftp program does not connect to server. it says could not connect to server every time i do.

Please help me with this.

I just pinged your domain, and it does NOT return the IP of your server, in fact I don't think it is an IP that belongs to x10hosting at all.

How did you configure the domain in your account over at http://co.cc?
We recommend that you set it to user our name servers: ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com, remember to REMOVE any OTHER name servers as well.

Also please note that there may take up to 48 hours for DNS changes to become fully alive.

Yah i did the same by putting the name servers on co.cc. Well some how I managed to install wordpress... Nywayz thanx for d help.
