Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL

I am installing Joomla

Hostname: localhost
Username: seriu_DB
Database Name: seriu_joomlaDB

And i receive this error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL.
Please help me. Thanks.

Hello,

Have you created the database and the database user? Have you also given the database user full privileges and attached the user to the database? Also the passwords are case sensitive.

Yes but it doesn't work. I am doing this first time but i think that i do it well and i don't know where is a problem.

Can you please give me the exact username/databasename and hostname you're using. I DO NOT need the password.

I don't know what the hostname is but maybe you need my page name: roys.pcriot.com If you need something else please give me an example.
