Unable to connect

Yesterday feb 09 2010 my site was okay

Today feb 10 2010 my site unable to connect to server:dunno:

Am able to use file manager from cpanel and phpadmin did back up of files and data:biggrin:

install new site stiill unable to connect:dunno:

can you help me please
