Unable to create a website with Software installer

Hi, Pretty new here. I was following a really good tutorial from another site on how to install my forums without problems like I usually have and there seems to be some display issues going on.

So I clicked add website. Then wanted to build my forum with the software installer option. However, when I click "Choose Script to Install" I get no options to choose from here's a picture of what I'm met with. Then when I open the little arrow to uncollapse the blank selection I am met with a link that puts me back at the start of the add website process. Here's a picture of that too.

I am using Mozilla firefox on a windows computer. I disabled my adblock as well seeing if that was the problem.

This seems to be a problem with our custom x10Hosting Basic control panel. Until this is fixed, please could you use Softaculous instead?

You can use Softaculous by clicking the "Switch to cPanel x3" button in the top right corner, which will toggle you between x10Hosting Basic and cPanel x3. Once in cPanel x3, you should see a button for "Softaculous". You can install software through there.

That'll totally work with me. Hope you guys can fix it though since the basic control panel seems to be the default.

I'll go let the person who made the tutorial know too~
