If your current ISP's IP 'country code' is not on x10hosting's "Whitelist" -:- or you are using a proxy -:- or you are using VPN -:- or you are using something like TOR --- you CAN NOT setup or open a x10hosting's free-hosting account -- this is a computer (system) setting and staff can not bypass (override) it

The "Whitelist" of IP 'country codes' and some other restrictions do not apply to Premium, and VPS service plans - except when U.S.A. law prohibits your ISP's IP 'country code'

Disabled already Tried on over 20 proxies from places all over the US, canada, france, ect. None of the proxies work (blocked) and I still can't create an account with this IP here (check post IP).

EDIT: Would it be because my IP may have been reused? (I have a paid for static IP) I've had it for about 1 year now.
EDIT 2: I would like to make an account for my old website that stopped working for who knows what reasons. I have never used x10 in the past and when I googled free hosting this was the first result that didn't look like shit.
