Unable to create free hosting account

It just says there are 97 accounts ahead of me in the queue and I have ~ 248 minutes left. Then it does it's 45 second count down to update, except after it updates the number of accounts a head of me never reduces, nor does the ETA increase or decrease. I've been waiting at this screen for a couple of hours now.

I am unable to submit a ticket, as I can't get to my portal or control panel. Everyone in chat is idle with no responses, so this I figured was my only way left.

You probably need to wait, possible an error with the script.

Well if it helps. It has changed. It now says:

But of course this number does not change if I sit here and let it do it's countdown to next update. How long will I need to wait, in case it is an error in the script, and should I do have I have waited said amount of time?

It's an entirely automated process, and will happen when it happens. You just got caught in a flurry of sign-ups (some days are busier than others).

Also, as far as I'm aware, there is a slight error with the wording there. There are currently 166 signups in the queue in total, not ahead of you - you are not being pushed back in the queue.
