Hi,
We've been forced to potentially discontinue RVSiteBuilder on our free hosting service due to numerous issues that came up after our server migrations. We'll be looking into alternatives in the future, but in the meantime, I recommend using Softaculous (in the cPanel x3 theme) to install some CMS software to build your site (e.g. Joomla, WordPress).
