Unable to delete email accounts

i'm unable to delete two of my email accounts that was created under my previous domain name. When i click on the delete button, i will show me a error message saying that the email account does not exist. However its was still showing under the email quota. Please kindly advise on how to remove the email account from the email quota. Thanks
