unable to establish FTP connection

Hi all, thanks in advance for assistance

I seem to be unable to create a connection between my FTP client (Cyberduck) and my new domain (255design.x10.mx). Settings as follows:

URL: ftp://chrisp@ftp.255design.x10.mx
Server: ftp.255design.x10.mx
Port: 21
Username: chrisp

Path: /

Error message returned states "Connection Refused"

I am also unable to connect using iWeb (which i have used successfully to upload to another x10 site in the past). However, i am able to upload files using the File Manager in cPanel.

There seems to be a temporary issue with FTP on the Fris server.
Staff has been alerted about the problem.

I was just now able to successfully login to ftp on fris for my test account.

Are you able to login to cPanel? (user and pass would be the same for cPanel and ftp unless you created a separate ftp account from inside cPanel)

I got the same error message when trying to log in to FTP on fris using FileZilla. In my case I had previously been using a username of belltown@ftp.x10hosting.com. That had always worked prior to the migration. After the migration, it only works if I specify the username as belltown (no @ sign or anything else after the username).
