Unless you are a paid customer, in which case you should use paid support, you have no hosting account. It has probably been deleted for inactivity and you can sign up again if you wish.

I have been logging into the forum regularly, i thought this would keep things up an running. Have i completely lost all the work that I've done on my website?

What is your cPanel name?

There's no link to one with your forum account and we'd need that to check what has happened.

Thats your cpanel address...your cpanel name is the username you use to log into that web address. :)

The account lauman were terminated on October 10th after being in a suspended state for more then 10 days.

The most common suspension reason would be inactivity, but it could be caused by a few other things as well, high resource usage for instance which you are not protected from by logging in to the forums. Also it could have been added to suspension queue just prior to one of your visits due to that one being a little over 14 days after the previous visit.

A login to the forum would not have unsuspended your account, you would have needed to login to account panel and request unsuspension.

yes, unfortunately this means all data is lost and can not be retrieved.

You are welcome to sign up for a new account if you wish.

Thanks for your help in checking on this.

You should always keep a local backup copy of your work in order to avoid losing data after instances such as this. We have a tutorial on how to do so here:

http://kb.x10hosting.com/questions.php?questionid=21

Also, if you are not able to log in to the forums a minimum of once every month, I have a page on my website that explains how you can pay only $3 to not have to log in to the forums for an entire year.
