Hello,

While I was away on vacation I forgot to login to my cPanel, thus causing an account inactivity warning which I was unable to resolve. Now I cannot login to my cPanel to fix this issue. Could anybody help me unfreeze my account?

Hi watsatx1,

Sorry, but it looks like your account was fully terminated on 6th September, after 31 days of inactivity and a 21 day suspension period. The account and its files have been removed.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Please feel free to create a new account if you wish.

Thank you,

I do not think there is.
If all of the files have been deleted, I'm assuming they didn't have a backup of them in case you decided to return.

Sorry to hear about that dude.
