when I log-in i get this:

When I fill in my Account username. I get this:

An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.

I should not be suspended for inactivity - I bought the double everything and Inactivity Timer upgrades on 9 October:

Your account was suspended the day: 18th of October for "Default Index not changed". As no unsuspension was claimed in a period of 10 days, your account was automatically terminated the 28th of October.
Create a new hosting account and post back on this thread and I'll set you the Double package and Inactivity timer you've bought.

Thanks for your help. Because I am using media wiki to run my website, I did not think to put in an index.html page. I guess I need to do that as well? I am sorry for misunderstanding.

Do you email accounts when you suspend them? I was away for a week just before the suspension but if I'd seen an email I'd have done something about it as soon as I got back.

My new hosting account is called ZP and I have clicked on the account confirmation link. I'm about to log off for about 8 hours but I'll check here again tomorrow.

I've updated the package and the "Inactivity Timer" for your hosting account.
You just need to delete the welcome index, and have your own website index. So just leave your MediaWiki index.
