Unable to log in to new DirectAdmin

I've been on this account with various different configurations of website for a while now. As of the new DirectAdmin changeover (which I'm quite excited for btw) I've been completely unable to log in to my back end, be that DirectAdmin or CPanel.

Nor can I access my emails hosted on x10 AT ALL. No sending, receiving or checking from anywhere.

Any updates as to why this only seems to be occuring on this account would be grateful. I normally use server xo5 I believe.

There appears to be an issue with your account after the transfer where not all parts got over as they should, I'll alert the proper admin so he can redo it for your account.

Great, thank you for the response.
For someone who works in IT, I completely understand. I've heard of corrupt user profiles.

I must say, the only frustrating part is not being able to fix it myself!

Hello, are there any updates on this situation? I'm still unable to sign in to my DirectAdmin.

The admin in question acckowledged that your account needed redone, I haven't heard back from him though (him and I are on different timezones).

I just checked the server and by the looks he didn't make any changes, I get the same error when viewing your account as I did last night.

That's okay. All it is, is that I'd quite like to be able to use my nice email address again, having had to resort back to my old gmail address.

Your account should now be sorted out according to information I recieved this morning.
