unable to log in to phpMyAdmin

Hi,
I am unable to log in to phpMyAdmin.
Please help as I have some tables that are important to me.
It is showing error message 'cPanel was unable to successfully log you in to phpMyAdmin. If you are having issues logging in to phpMyAdmin, please submit a support ticket.'
