If you have been inactive for a prolonged period of time, meaning you did not login here at the forums for 31 days your account would have been suspended. If no request for unsuspension were made with 10 days after suspension the account would have been automatically terminated.

That said, the reason can be others as well, but your forum account does not have a link to a hosting account currently. To be able to check up what has happened we need to know your cPanel name.

A link to a pending hosting account just came up for your forum account, so I suppose creation is just a bit slower then usual.
