I'm able to login into the portal. When I clicked Hosting Control Panel, then I'm getting the issue. The issue still exists for me.the correct login is https://x10hosting.com/login
that is the only link which will monitor your required logins to avoid suspension.
https://x14.x10hosting.com:2222/ is just an alternative for DirectAdmin
it will not register your required logins which can result in your account suspension
Yes, I'm still getting the issue. I don't think the IP is blocked as I tried with a different network.Is this still a problem for you? x14 is alive and well, and the IP you most recently accessed the account panel with is not blocked by the server.

depending on how long ago you activate the domain name on your account propagation needs to update. Check your dns here: https;//who.is/ Its the only one I know that checks sub domain dns.
