Unable to Login/Hosting Account Terminated

I created an a forum account and hosting account a while back.
I wanted to continue using it. When I attempt to login I get the message:

The forum account you are logging into does not have an existing link to an x10Hosting hosting account.

I think it may have been terminated due to inactivity.
How do I reactivate it? I attempted to create a new hosting account and it says that the email address unavailable!
