Unable to login to account

Hi support,

I cant login to my account,
My username is boeshoe, password '*****".

After type username and password in 1st link, it takes me to 2nd link, which is just the login page again.

2nd link - http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082/frontend/x3/index.html?post_login=29842510665500

Please help. Also how do i attach a screenshot?

You first need to do a print screen (key on your keyboard called Prt Scrn) and save the image through paint. Next you upload it to a site like imageshack or photobucket and add a link in the ticket.
BTW, the ticket area is a higher level of support than here.

I wonder about the index.html?post_login=29842510665500

It seems like the system is logging you in (it does not say your login attempt failed) but then kicking you out immediately because it does not think you are logged in.

I don't get that post_login string on anything when I am in cPanel. I seems like a session ID, but I think cPanel uses cookies.

Do you have cookies enabled? Behind a firewall of some sort? The port should not be a problem since you get to the login page.

It's also funny since it does not redirect your to the cPanel login url, but simply serves the login form from the page being currently viewed.

Finally managed to get in again, although its tempermental letting me in and out at times.

Then i went to broswer to a folder off the public_html folder and i got this error

Any ideas?

Also how do i get directly to the ticket area - i thought it was there and seems that i haven posted here again.

Hi i also not get into the ticket area either.
This is the error message i got when i tried to escalate this thread. Why is this happening to me on all different sections of the site, please help.
