unable to login to account

Hi,

I'm trying to access my account using the domain name/user name. However its failing continuously.

I'm able to reset my password using the email address, but still not able to login.

I might have forgotten my user name ( not sure how it can be retrieved back), but what worries is the account inactivity.

Would appreciate support from Admin and other forums members on this.

The username for logging in at https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login is your email address.
There is no hosting account linked with this forum account however.

yes, its the same email address that I mentioned about trying to use to login at the URL you shared.

Post that it gives error, account not found. However, I used to have domain rock1win.x10.mx.

And when I go to the page of forget password, It did allowed me to change the password. But still the login fails.

Even if its an inactivity suspension, I used to get email notifications, but this time there has been no email communication. So, I'm not sure if it has gone than way.
