Unable to login to client area on my paid acc

I will repost here since I cant get a reply at feedbacks..

Cant login here with my paid account,
I asked for a forgotten password, it sent me a new random one. Used it but it still say login info incorrect, can someone help me? User is:guangwei


My Domain name is www.foxthrone.com
username at cpanel is actually foxthron, but when i requested for my password at the client area, it sent me.

I hav the same problem. I submitted a ticket to support and they told me it is a compatibility issue with Internet Explorer. They said to try Chrome or Firefox.

I looked up your account information, and the forum account that you're using to post with now (sparkzms) is not linked to any hosting accounts. Also, the account that you mentioned, guangwei, is not either a valid forum account or a cPanel name.

I'm pretty sure the AIP doesn't work for paid accounts...

Oh, I was unaware of that. -_-

Then sorry, there's nothing further that I can do to provide you with more support. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable with paid accounts can help you out, otherwise, someone can escalate this thread to administrators for you.

Yeah, I don't know either. I just assume that, if you noticed (or perhaps you didn't) paid users dont have information about their accounts... who knows. We need a tutorial or something.
